We undertook a comprehensive project for Lululemon, encompassing various initiatives to bolster brand engagement and community connection. Alongside our work with Lululemon, we spearheaded the creation of the Immersion Retreat and a series of wellness and fitness events across North America focusing on nature rich locations like Malibu, CA and Hawaii. These retreats focused on fostering brand partnerships, engaging with local communities, and supporting store teams.
For example, in Palm Beach, FL, we organized a private yoga retreat hosted for local studio instructors and owners, with over 50 guests in attendance. Through strategic brand partnerships, including collaborations with Lululemon and other local brands, we aimed to unite the yoga community and provide a space for wellness and restoration. This initiative brought Lululemon into the core of the yoga community and allowed them to embody and promote their brand values, mission and product, which led to increased sales, new client activations, brand awareness and loyalty across all South Florida stores. The South Florida locations gained over 100 million in revenue due to these activations.
Similarly, in Asheville, NC, we hosted a womens-only yoga retreat in mountain cabins, attracting over 100 guests, including instructors, studio owners, and practitioners. Through partnerships with Lululemon and local brands, we curated an unforgettable adventure, including yoga sessions on mountain peaks and jumping off waterfalls. These events brought awareness, sales, and client relationships to the North Carolina hiker, yoga, and fitness communities that had yet to commit to the product or the brand before the events.
Furthermore, recognizing the company's innovative yet divergent approach to traditional retail, we provided retail consultancy services. This initiative included implementing best practices in sales, visual merchandising, and client relations and conducting leadership training and workshops for corporate and store teams to align with the brand's vision, values and exponential growth.
